CNTRL is a fashion reseller based in the United Kingdom. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website.
We collect information you provide when placing an order or creating an account, including: name, email address, phone number, shipping address. We also collect order history and payment-related metadata (not full card details — these are handled by Stripe).
We use your data to process and fulfil orders, send order confirmation and dispatch emails, respond to customer support enquiries, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We use Stripe for payment processing — their privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data. We use Resend for transactional emails. We use Royal Mail for delivery. These services may process your data as necessary to perform their services.
We retain order data for a minimum of 6 years for legal and accounting purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion.
