14-day return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused and in the same condition as when received; in original packaging (where applicable); accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned: items marked as final sale; items that show signs of use or damage not present at time of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Lacedcentrl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 working days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Stripe processing time may vary by bank.
If you receive a faulty or incorrectly sent item, contact us immediately at Lacedcentrl@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.
