These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CNTRL website and purchase of products from CNTRL. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
CNTRL sells two categories of products: (a) Authentic Products — genuine items sourced from verified suppliers; and (b) Style Alternatives — unbranded, quality fashion pieces at accessible prices. Product descriptions are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.
All items listed as "Authentic" or "Verified" have been checked by our team before listing. While we take every reasonable step to verify authenticity, CNTRL accepts no liability for items found to be inauthentic that were purchased from a third party before reaching us. If you believe an authentic item you received is not genuine, contact us immediately.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. CNTRL does not store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be confirmed.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of contract until we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraud. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled orders where payment was taken.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch. CNTRL is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

All content on this website, including logos, text, design and images created by CNTRL, is the intellectual property of CNTRL. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
CNTRL's liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
